Last updated: May 25, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how the Company uses cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies in connection with Feel Great HQ, ifeelgreat.link, feelgreathq.com, growhq.io, related subdomains, Customer Pages, dashboards, and services that link to this Cookie Policy. “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Tonioli Music, LLC, doing business as Grow Well and Grow Well HQ, and operating GrowHQ, the Feel Great HQ application, ifeelgreat.link, feelgreathq.com, and growhq.io.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. Local storage and session storage are similar browser-based technologies. Server logs collect technical information when a browser or device connects to our servers. Pixels, tags, and scripts can collect information about page views and interactions.
2. How we currently use these technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, keep Customers logged in, secure accounts, remember settings, prevent fraud, count total page views, count unique page views, diagnose errors, measure performance, and understand aggregate usage.
Current Feel Great HQ page view tracking is designed to report aggregate total and unique page view numbers. We do not currently provide Customers with detailed individual End User behavior profiles or cross-page browsing histories.
3. Current cookie and storage table
The table below lists technologies verified from the current codebase. We have not added Company-controlled advertising pixels, Meta/Facebook pixels, Google advertising pixels, or customer-owned tracking pixels to Customer Pages as of this policy date.
| Name or key | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration | Where used |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| fghq_vid | Feel Great HQ | Stores a pseudonymous visitor identifier used to count unique page views and associate public funnel page click events with an End User record. | Analytics and page metrics | 365 days | Public funnel pages that load page tracking, unless notrack=true or thumbnail=1 is present. |
| feelGreatHq.visitorKey | Feel Great HQ localStorage | Stores the same pseudonymous visitor identifier as a browser storage fallback for unique page view counting. | Analytics and page metrics | Until browser storage is cleared | Public funnel pages that load page tracking, unless tracking is disabled by URL parameter. |
| feelGreatHq.sessionId | Feel Great HQ sessionStorage | Stores a pseudonymous session identifier for page view and click event grouping. | Analytics and page metrics | Browser tab or session | Public funnel pages that load page tracking. |
| Provider-managed Clerk session cookies | Clerk | Authenticates Customers, protects dashboard pages, and supports account security. Cookie names and durations are managed by Clerk. | Strictly necessary | Managed by Clerk and user session settings | Sign-in, sign-up, dashboard, profile, links, leads, and admin pages. |
4. Unique page views
To count unique page views, we currently use a first-party cookie, local storage identifier, session storage identifier, server logs, IP address, user agent, device/browser information, referrer, and similar technical data. Unique view counts are used to reduce double-counting and provide aggregate dashboard metrics.
5. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect the functionality of the Services, including login, dashboard access, page view counting, fraud prevention, and form submission reliability.
If we provide a cookie banner or preference center, you may use it to manage available choices. Some strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled because they are required for the Services to operate.
6. Advertising and customer-controlled technologies
As of the effective date of this Cookie Policy, Feel Great HQ Customer Pages are not intended to use Company-controlled advertising pixels for Company retargeting of End Users.
Customers may not add third-party pixels, cookies, tags, scripts, analytics tools, or similar tracking technologies to Customer Pages unless the Company allows the feature and the Customer complies with applicable law. Customers are responsible for any Customer-controlled tracking technologies they add or configure, including disclosures, consent, and opt-out mechanisms.
If we introduce Company-controlled advertising pixels, customer-owned pixels, or cross-site advertising tracking, we will update this policy and provide any legally required notices or choices.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Our response may vary depending on the Services, browser, jurisdiction, and whether we use technologies subject to opt-out requirements. If we implement advertising or sale/share-related tracking, we will update this Cookie Policy with applicable choices.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy as our technologies change. Questions about this Cookie Policy may be sent to privacy@growhq.io.
